Role and Impact

As Foundation Doctor, Dr. Ssebuufu supports the Foundation’s home-based health programme for vulnerable elders and people with disabilities. His work includes assessing beneficiaries in their homes, providing practical health education, identifying care and support needs, recommending appropriate referrals, and helping the team plan follow-up care with families and community services.

This approach considers not only immediate medical concerns, but also nutrition, everyday functioning, the home environment and the support available around each person.
