Mbaziira Robert Albert joined the Lusi Namatovu Foundation driven by a lifelong commitment to social justice and community empowerment in Rakai District. Having witnessed the challenges faced by elderly individuals and people with disabilities in Rakai, he was inspired to dedicate his career to ensuring these vulnerable groups receive the care and support they deserve. His background in community development fuels his determination to bridge gaps in resources and foster a more inclusive society.
As General Manager, Mbaziira Robert Albert ensures the foundation’s operations run smoothly, managing resources and staff to deliver essential services like shelter, healthcare, and assistive devices to elderly individuals and people with disabilities. His strategic oversight has expanded program reach, improving the lives of over a thousand beneficiaries through efficient partnerships and community engagement. His leadership strengthens the foundation’s ability to uphold its mission of dignity and care for all in Rakai District.
